Refund Policy

Returns
You have 15 days to request a refund after the items are delivered. When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve these problems. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund.

Exceptions
The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them.

Seller ON TIME Delivery Guarantee:
You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within 60 days since the time of the order (90 days for deliveries to Russia). If you can prove that you did not receive your order within the stated delivery time, you will get a full refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Full refunds are NOT available in the following circumstances:
-Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
– Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)

Refunds (if applicable)
Conveniently Click The ”Return Center” link located at the footer of our Home Page or on our Menu to Start a return and follow instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellations                                                                                                                     Our processing time is 24 hrs so you can cancel anytime before that by simply sending us an email an burninggalstore@gmail.com

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We’re sorry we can’t exchange stock – REFUNDS ONLY (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, follow the instructions on our “Return Center”.
NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
